Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to purchases made through MockupHub.ai at mockuphub.ai, including subscriptions, one-time membership purchases, and credit packs used for mockup editing, exports, and AI features.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 3 calendar days of the payment date if no more than 100 credits granted by that purchase have been used. For a plan that does not grant credits, the 3-day request window applies. Requests are reviewed individually, and applicable consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

How To Request A Refund

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include the payment date, order details, and a short explanation. We may request information needed to verify the purchase. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method, generally within 5 business days; the payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

After A Refund

• Unused credits granted by the refunded purchase are removed from your account.
• If the refund covers a subscription or one-time membership, the related membership ends when the refund is processed.
• Referral rewards associated with the refunded purchase may be reversed.
• Content already exported or downloaded is not automatically recalled by a refund.
• If a credit adjustment would make your balance negative, the balance may be reset to zero.

Purchases That Are Generally Not Refundable

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are generally unavailable when more than 3 calendar days have passed, more than 100 credits from the purchase have been used, the purchase consisted only of promotional or bonus credits, or the account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions And Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Unless the checkout page or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not by itself refund the current payment. One-time purchases do not renew.

Payment Disputes

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate billing issues. We may restrict an account while a payment dispute is being reviewed, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
